Terms and Conditions of BPCG Membership
Welcome to the British Polymer Clay Guild. Please take the time to read and understand these terms and conditions.
In these Membership Terms, Content means all the content available on the website including tutorials, courses, videos, eBooks, sample files and user Facebook content. Website or Site refers to the British Polymer Clay Guilds website. BPCG refers to British Polymer Clay Guild.
1. Payment Agreement Contract
You agree to pay the membership fees in full for 12 months membership to the BPCG. We will send you an email before your membership is due to expire to let you know you need to renew.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
You will remain a member and have access to the website, content and the members-only Facebook group until the end of your 12 month membership period. If you wish to leave the guild and no longer be a member before the end of your membership period please contact us.
The BPCG is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers. We regret that it is not possible to refund any membership payments. Once you are a member you can access the members-only content on the website which includes digital content, some of which can be downloaded, of much greater value than the membership fee.
No partial refunds are given should you cancel your membership before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the membership benefits until the end of your annual membership period.
